I always look at the modded lexus fellas and they seem to not notice me and i'm in a Desert Sage Metallic Lexus Is250! Can't miss me with my bright angels. Well anyhow, for those who ever made eye contact with me, I always give a thumbs up or a nod of acknowledgement as well. Some had actually drove the opposite direction of traffic and we gave each other the high beams (of course during the day).

Same thing happened to me prior to this in Upland. Some dude in a IS350 tries to run me in the street. I don't understand why we can't appreciate eachother's cars instead of trying to figure out who's car is fastest.

Idk, it is something about the Lexus crowd.... Every time I nod my head saying "wsup" or throw a thumbs up, they look at me and look away after... And one time I gave a thumbs up to a white 2nd gen gs, he stops near my car and burns rubber, taking off.... I'm like da fk?

Well, i dont know about u guys, but if its at night i have trouble seeing other drivers since my from windows are tinted. actually i have trouble seeing other drivers during the day for that matter. Im sure people cant see me when i give them the thumbs up either so that might part of the problem.

Truthfully, I don't take it personal when someone doesn't acknowledge if I've spotted their ride and give them a peace sign or a thumbs up or whatever. But when they do, it's pretty cool to have them reciprocate as well. That being said, with So Cal having such a large number of modded Lexus rides, many just go about their way. But I guess that's why there are more mini meets around certain areas. This way, they can check out other rides then and not worry about spotting members or cars while driving. The only time I've seen drivers throw out peace signs and thumbs up other drivers and their rides was the caravans to the Pursuit. Nothing but love for each other's rides en rote to the Speedway. Then again, even that was a large meet for the Lexus community to come together.
