You know 1sWt2GS, I'm not trying to be mean or anything (which implies I'm about to be mean), but I think you should look into PureDrifter's advice.
I graduated from UCSD back in '09, and in '05 my Integra GS-R was broken into 3 times. I got sad, sold the car, and bought a Lexus in '07. I had stock rims, aftermarket rims, more stock rims, never touched once on campus except for a hit-and-run. So from personal experience, it's pretty safe to own a Lexus at UCSD :P

I just torqued them down to 76lbs just to be sure after getting new lugs.
about the theft problem , tell me about it, its still a big issue today.
