White EK Hatch back Stolen in CPP
Just saw this on facebook... These honda guys are having a bad day... still, another gets stolen on CPP grounds.
Last seen
"1999 honda civic hatchback cx
License plate: 4EZA549
Color: White
Hood: VIS Carbon Fiber
Wheels: Spun Supamesh
Foglights: yellow, only the driver side works.
bumper has kroq stickers, mountain high stickers, lrg stickers.
It's a fairly distinguishable car if you have ever seen it.
So sometime between 12:55am and 4:50 am, my car was stolen from the B Lot at Cal Poly Pomona. the doors were locked and this is not some prank. I went to the Police Station and filed my report.
I know it's just a car, but I'm really more concerned about my guitar amp that was in there it's a Bugera V22 with a Celestion G12H anniversary speaker. and my gig bag which had a preamp, several xlr cables, an sm58, an art preamp and 2 mic stands.
best case scenario: they find my car with everything intact.
worst case: car is stripped, burned, or never found.

cal poly need to up the security. one reason im glad i dont go there now!
all the car stolen from school directly link straight to cal poly pomona i havent heard of any other campus for the pass 6months. so other campus are doing something right and cal poly isnt

funny cal poly has their own police department, yes POLICE! and still this happens? i went to cal poly for a span of 10 years and have always been aware of the rampant car theft/vandalism on the grounds. it's gotten better (more lights for example) but you're still in pomona :/ .

Umm...wow. I don't know if the police will do anything there, but everyone's car who got stolen should file a police report and push them to do something. If they get this many reports, they should do something about it...

cameras are really limited on campus... CPP likes to spend money elsewhere like putting up denny's so far away from where people usually hangout... and the administrative building (CLA) that is slowly sinking.... which they will have to tear down and rebuild elsewhere.
