LexMaster.. WOW.. new mechanic.
so due to the high recommendation of LTS MASTERTECH (now known as LMT MASTERTECH) in pasasdena i decided to stop by and check out the spot...
THANK GOD I DID..
the guy who owns the place (mike), is a great GREAT guy ! He is very knowledgeable at the subject at hand, being master certified for Lexus. Anyways, i took in my car for a problem i was having with my cylinders misfiring. I took it to a few mechanics and know one could figure out what it was.. with my check engine light blinking many mechanics were telling me i had catalytic converter issues and estimating costs up to 700 dollars.
i couldnt believe what i was hearing.. after taking the car to LEXMASTER, mike spent almost a whole day on the car checking it out down to the last detail.. you wouldn't believe what he found.. a crack in my intake booth that was letting in air throwing of my mass air flow sensor causing all my cylinders to misfire... a simple fix at the local junkyard, and installed by mike !
hes a very understanding guy, i told him i was a student at pcc and i was somewhat on a budget.. he worked a price out with me that i couldn't resist. the guy is just great, great customer service, its like being at the dealer without the dealer headache. plus the waiting room is pretty cool (awsome coffee machine)
anyways if your looking for a mechanic within the 626 area in Pasadena definitely check him out!
