Cerritos Lexus dealer
Today I went to Cerritos Lexus dealer to get my oil changed, since I saw special serves on Cerritos Lexus website only for $52 oil and filter change. They offer fill up my gas tank with no charge. Only thing I dont know is what type of gas they fill up for me

If the tech that took your car for gas didn't know it took 91, or knowingly put a lower grade, I would be scared to think what happens when they are actually working on the car lol! But i'm sure they put 91 in. As far as I know, when they are doing recall work, Longo Lexus in El Monte fills up with 91 @ Chevron. No reason why other dealers should put less than 91 lol.

personally i always ask what brand of oil they use before i bring my car in for service... If available i always ask for royal purple since it seems i get 1-2mpg better when im on royal pp vs Mobil 1. Oh yea and i use nothing but Royal purple, Mobil 1, or OEM oil filter. Dont ever allow the shops to use a generic filter... do your research all filters are NOT created equal.
And remember just because its a Lexus dealer doesnt mean they use OEM parts, i went to now formally Kearny Mesa Lexus only to find out they use FRAM oil filters to my dismay....
BTW most dealers use a gas card system/voucher program that is issued by either Chevron or Shell (not to say they arent using other fuels but i doubt it) and i doubt the dealer would risk having a check engine light by putting anything lower than 91 octane in the tank of a car.
for the record i am a research fanatic when it comes to fluids used on vehicles... knowing that im not sure if some would consider me to be crazy but god forbid fuels from arco, valero, or any other no name fuel brand ever reach my gas tank, i would lose it!!
