I stopped by a few months ago and luckily ran into him and I should have just picked up the rim but he told me he was in the hospital and he'll have it ready in 2 weeks. I gave him another chance but he blew it. I run a business so I can't drive everyday a hour each way just to check to see if he's there. For the past month I have been going weekly but no luck yet.

BUSINESS ASPECT : I 110% agree with SHADOWISF quote !!!! In addition, you don't just drop everything including phone calls and drop out of the earth. NOW you're "back"?? Hmm... GL with building up your creditability now !!

PERSONALLY : I like paulo and Virginia ....... personally knew them very well... I really hope everything's well and got situated.

I was riding it out as long as I could with out making a post. He's a real cool guy but that's not how you run a business. Don't understand how hard it is to answer a phone or to return a message. A few months ago I had to call him from another number because he wouldn't answer my calls from my cell phone.

I would probably have a heart attack if a shop had my wheels for that long.

It took a while to get my VSXX (3-4months) back but I am happy with their work! On the flip side it was a B!&CH trying to get a hold them and at times I felt like ripping my hair out! But I just CALLED AND CALLED, FB, Emailed and eventually you will get a hold of them! I hope Paolo is Okay I know he did have some heart issues...

GL with getting it back soon and hopefully you get a piece of mind!

Thumbs down I just Got My Wheels Back ... Since January.

First Off Let Me Say I was Introduced to Paolo and Virgina
Like There was going to be "Hook Up" Pricing ...
I had the Choice Between Simple Wheel Works and WheelFlip.
I chose Simple because (2) of My Co-Workers were All getting work done through him even
when WheelFlip was Cheaper and had a Better Rep cause Alex at WheelFlip is a Great
Friend of Mine.

Long Story Short....

First in January. Paolo Quoted me $600 for Two Sets of Wheels (10 total)
Just basic Black nothing Special.

I give him $400 Up Front.

2 Months Later he Tells Me He had a Problem with My Rims so
he had to Re-do them so he needed an Extra $300.

I said that It wasn't My Fault and I shouldn't have to Pay Extra.

He Holds My Rims for Hostage.

Today's Date is June 28th I had to Pay a "Ransom"
of $560.00 to get My Rims Back.

Total = $1,000 for an AVERAGE powder coating job.
I paid Extra for nothing but BS and Lies !!!

Simply Don't Go to Simple Wheel Werks.

I got my Rims Mounted Today and the Installer said that they were not "Trued"
and I Paid for Powder Coating but Paolo had Spray Painted my Rims.

Does anyone else have info on how to get in contact with Paolo or Virginia? I have been trying to contact them for a few weeks regarding my wheels with no call back or anything. They were once responsive and now I'm offended.

Any info would greatly be appreciated for those who possibly may get ripped off.

I'm still waiting to get my wheel, I talked to him a couple of times and each time he said to come by he wouldn't answer the phone.
