Not sure where I can put this because it's related to both detailing and location.

I recently just got a used 2006 3GS , obsidian black, and I have been looking for a place where I can get a great wash and detailing. (clay, simonize process, wax etc)

What I mean by great is a place that won't mess up my paint. ie. swirls, dirty towels w/ dirt, etc.

I've done some research and Overland Auto Wash in LA seems to be the best place so far.

Where do you fellow CL members take your car to get detailed? Any places around Pasadena, alhambra, arcadia ?

Or is there no better wash/detail then yourself?

If you're looking to improve it to as perfect as possible, you're better off contracting a professional detailer as opposed to normal wash/wax places. Sure it might be pricey but once you see the result, it will be worth it, especially since you have a black car

However, you will find a number of members who do the work on their own cars, not trusting others, myself included. That being said, Exclusive Auto Detailing is currently the SoCal detailing vendor here
