I live in Pasadena.

I keep hearing Platinum VIP and Kennedy do outstanding work.

I have experience with Marco's on previous cars. Their work is good to very good, but not outstanding.

And I am also considering Longo Lexus Collision Center because they are lexus certified so they will use Lexus parts, paints, etc. Haven't heard any recent reviews except for a couple, but no bad reviews recently.

Where do you guys go for outstanding work. I'm sure everyone of us here expect that kind of devotion to our Lexus or we won't be here Just want to get it back as close as possible to original condition. Thanks.

I replied to your pm. LCC matched my white pearl mica pretty well. They also used all genuine OEM parts which I liked. The problem with Lexus genuine part is that they are stamped with a Toyota symbol. Since I had to replace my rear lift gate, I see a red Toyota logo every time I open the trunk.

my no.1 choice is Platinum, the results are outstanding.

though if that's too far for you, Beto's Autobody in Fullerton does amazing OEM-quality work as well (but wouldn't use them much for anything custom.)

I recommend New Tech auto-body. they are located in LosAngles at the border with Glendale. they are a "DRP" meaning insurance approved by many of the large insurance companies(mercury, AAA). They are also the reapir facility that Lexus of Glendale uses. Go in and ask to see Arbi, get him to give you a tour of their work facility and you can see the quality yourself. thier number is 818-241-1376 or http://www.newtechautobody.com/

C&C Collision
826 S Arroyo Pkwy
Pasadena, CA 91105
(626) 795-4749
http://candccollision.com/index.htm

Ask for Nathan and tell him that Keith sent you.
http://www.yelp.com/biz/c-and-c-collision-pasadena

This is a very high end shop that specializes in exotics (Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Porsches, etc.) They owners are very meticulous and detail oriented. Their quality and especially color matching is very spot on. I've had a lot better results with C&C Collision than Marco's.

Sure I know some Chinese body shops that can give you a great deal, but then you have to deal with Mickey Mouse kind of quality work. I don't know if you want to roll up to the next meet and have people point out sanding marks, runny clear coat, and bubbling that happens over time. You get what you pay for. They're also located in Pasadena where you live, so it's close by to you.
