Default July 16th and 17th.

It's gonna suck for you guys on the West side LOL!

If anything though, Just don't drive on those days and take a few days "sick leave" off from work if you have to.

We've been warned about this for over a month now.

You know they're probably gonna run over a little into Monday, so it may take longer than 6 AM to open. Dear God.

I'm leaving town. It's my birthday weekend and there's no way I can make it to work anyways with this going on (from The Valley to Long Beach). I think the hospitals in the area like UCLA and St. John's are freaking out cuz how are their employees gonna make change of shift?!

^ Yup they have a exact date when they finish, but they always carry over a few days to months.

Hospital employees are staying in nearby hotels, While "higher priority" staff like doctors can and will be flown into the hospitals via helicopter.

Years...

405 will be closed for 10 miles between the 10 and 101 freeways. Those of us southward, the freeway will still be the same.

Thinking about this, I wonder how long it would take CalTrans to fix this amount of damage?
