Default Service departments you use and trust

I have delt with South County Lexus, previously Park Place Lexus and Lexus of Mission Viejo, Ca. for many years. With all the changes of ownership and personnel I do not have any long term connection with any of the newer service writers. My wife says I'm "tight" because I won't buy a new Lexus, but I must say that I've never spent so much on repairs for an automobile and because of that our last two purchases have been other makes with good results. Bottom line, can I trust this dealership, or I am just slow on the uptake in today's world of the cost of maintainance?

One former employee told me that Park Place used to "pack" the repair bills.
Is this sour grapes? If so, let me know as I do not really want to smear them or the new ownership.

Thank for replies.

lexus of glendale... ask for fred hottenroth he has been taking care of my car for 3 years. his service is flawless and he does everything no questions asked. I think it's more important to build a relationship with your service advisor because afterwards they will be more willing to do things for you

Looks like your around OC, otherwise i'd suggest Longo Lexus. No issues with Longo, there's a thread about the dealership too and most people only have positive things to say.

If I have to go to the dealer, Cerritos is local. The independent in Midway City remains my first choice for service.
