this is how my needles look. i dimmed it a bit to capture it better with my iphone camera.

cestjoel,

The needle has 4 LEDs that light up 4 parts of the needle. The dimmed part means 1 led has gone out. Seems like one needle had 1 led out and the other has 2. I can give the needle another try, but it seems like the needle can entirely crap out.
