Get the parts from online, you can get some great prices with vendors on this site. Especially with places like Sewell. Then have someone local install the parts for you. If you live near El Monte, Tommy @ Music Box is probably the best bet if you want a good install at a good price.

+2 for Tommy. Altought I haven't taken my IS to him for any mods yet, I have taken my VW GTI and does a really good job.
