UPDATE:
First of all, we thank you for your interest in the meet and it is because of committed people like you that we are able to have this event every year.

We will be opening the gates at 8:00AM for the people on the ORIGINAL sign-up sheet. K3rry will greet you at the front and hand you a ticket number that will be for the "Best in Show" contest. You will proceed to get a picture taken of your car by the world's worst photographer (me) and then will be directed to a parking spot.

We will start allowing entry of those on the BACKUP list starting at 9:00AM for the first 15 cars on the BACKUP list. At 9:30AM, any spots from the ORIGINAL list that are not occupied, will be given to the backup list members in the order signed up and present.

We want all the cars settled in and all the spots accounted for by 10:00AM.

We look forward to seeing everyone and please drive safe. See you at the meet!

I want to invite everyone to our 4th annual Lexus of Westminster Summer Meet.

The date and time for this year's meet is:

Sunday, July 31st, 2011
from 10am to 2pm.

UPDATE: Thank you - we fulfilled our 100 spots in record time!! We are so excited to see everyone. We are now opening up our BACKUP list.

We are still in the midst of planning this out but I promised a sign-up sheet soon and so, here it is. We are starting out by limiting the number of available car spots to 100 this year. There will be a back-up list in case the main list gets full but there will be no guarantees for the back-up list.

I will post more details as we get closer to the date but for now here are some of the confirmed plans:

1) KO Taco Truck w/ FREE tacos for everyone who attends
2) LFA
3) VIP Auto Salon
4) Special day-only pricing on parts

Anyone can attend the meet. The car spot is so that your car can be displayed along with all the other Club Lexus cars on our main lot. If you don't want your car displayed, you can just come to the meet. Hope I was able to better clarify that.
