It sucks that Jimmy left. He was my SA for service I had done on my IS last Summer. He was very thorough, followed through on everything, and did everything he said he would do. I will talk to Raymond next time. Thanks for the recommendation, guys.

Bad experience

I went to Longo Lexus on January 3, 2015 for alignment. Somehow, they did not perform the alignment correctly. I recently moved back to East Bay. So, I went to lexus of concord to get the car realigned and they called Longo Lexus if they were going to reimburse me for the bad workmanship they have done.
I called Jerry Temores at Longo Lexus today to tell him about how the alignment was not done correctly. He basically was attacking and accusing me of lying. He asked me why I didn't get the car fixed earlier in January. I basically told him I don't have time to go to Lexus Dealership until Feb. 9, 2015 since Im currently a 3rd year Med Student and I have to stay at the hospital throughout the day and night majority of the time.
He said he will reimburse me if I give him a copy of my receipt , a statement from the technician from Lexus of Concord that the alignment was needed, and a paper showing how much toe angle was adjusted.

Longo Lexus Service
I recently purchased an used 2010 RX350 in immaculant condition with only 22k miles. I had my first visit with Longo Lexus and dealt with Clement Cisneros. Very kind gentlemen who answers all questions and keep you updated with regards to your inquiry.
Will be going in for my first oil change.
