Lexus of Glendale
Has anyone had their VSR done at Lexus of Glendale? I would appreciate any positive or negative feedback. I bought my 2007 LS460 new from them and since they are a high volume dealer, I was thinking they should have done more VSR them most dealers. Do they have a good reputation?

I quit buying parts from them once I realized they were charging me way more than what I would be paying elsewhere (including at another Lexus dealer's online parts shop). ANY service at a dealer will cost you dearly.
You would do much better to go to Luxury Motorworks in Monrovia. Bit of a drive, but It's a small, clean, buttoned down little shop that has Lexus-trained mechanics. Owner is Steve, and I have had good work done there at fair prices.
There is also a former Lexus mechanic who is setting up shop in Los Angeles (on Sunset Boulevard) whom I have not used (or seen the shop). I saw an advert which is how I know this. His contact info was listed as 323 669 1200 or plmeeker-at-yahoo.com.
