i don't understand why running a stop sign is "cheaper". to me that's just as dangerous as running red lights

and suddenly speeding 15-25 seems to be a bargain over 1-15

I'd say it's more dangerous since stop signs are usually in residential areas. Lots of kids running around those streets.

Technically my CL sticker is not in the approved area either.

What amuses me also is the people who place their GPS suctioned to the front window dead center. GPS I've seen sold in CA has a sticker indicating this is not legal and yet daily I see them mounted like that.

parking ticket issuer accidentally book me on the parking in handicap parking without having the sign and it ended up being $982.50 cents, luckily i had the ticket written off by complaining to the parking ticket division for false accusation ... the lady who wrote me the ticket tried to say she could see me park in the handicap spot from a block away, yeah right.....

couldn't even believe the price of the ticket when it came home
