Feb 2011: SoCal to Norcal Convoy - SF WEKFEST III - 2011
It's that time again and SF WEKFEST III is coming this February 20, 2011.
Last year we left to make the drive up on the Friday before the event. Spend the Saturday roaming around the Bay Area, go to the event on Sunday and drive back home on Monday. Last year was fun as we had a great time even if it was rainy driving on I-5. So whos up to the trip this year? WEKFEST III is rain or shine in San Francisco! More info will be posted on this thread in the coming weeks. There may be a possible event going on that Saturday at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma. I will keep you all updated if something does happen that day.

Had a good time last year with the caravan and up north. I'm going to have to be a maybe for this one. I really want to go again, because San Francisco is a real good exploration area not to mention the restaurant at the piers!!

Does everyone usually stay at the same hotel or it is all spread out? If so do you have specifics on cost etc.? I have a vacation week the week before so hopefully I will have cash for this it sounds awesome!!!

i just drove down from Davis and it was a tank of gas (till the light came on) to get to San Gabriel...i was driving 65-70 though haha. ill meet you guys up in SF since ill be at school up there.
