There's Mitsuwa in Torrance and Costa Mesa. I have yet to check out the one in Costa Mesa.

The Mituswa Torrance is pretty good. You can special order at any of these so if you don't want the drive, just ask them and they can probably get it. They've ordered some of the special publications like the LF-A, LS43/60 releases for me. Often the store copies have been looked through and thumb creased which so I want a fresh copy. Some I've paid for special shipping to store but usually, not.

book-off? Everything they sell are used, so they're decently cheap but their selection of car mags is okay-at-best though. I usually go to kinokuniya (in little tokyo since I work across the street), stand in front of the bookshelf for about an hour reading through the mags, then leave lol.

^^^ I'm pretty sure he's talking about Kinokuniya. It's across the street from Book-Off.

Mitsuwa bookstores are great...I bought a copy of "Resident Evil 2:Original Soundtrack" from there a long time ago.

Book-Off is great too though. I've bought lots of great used Japanese CDs there.
