I've been going here for a couple years consistently. I always thought the prices were on the high side, but never unreasonable. Mike seems like a trustworthy guy, who is good in customer service.
However, I went to get my rear brake rotors and pads replaced, and my front rotors resurfaced and pads replaced, using my own parts. I called around, JC Autohouse (Cyrus), MusicBox (Tommy), and they quoted me around $90 to for the rear, and a little over $100 for the front because of resurfacing (Cyrus, not Tommy, he doesn't have the resurfacing tools). So figure $200 total for just labor.
Lexology charged me $272 for this service, for just labor in an hour and a half. This sounds unreasonably high considering the quotes from these other guys, who are extremely reputable and specialize in modifications.
In short, this place is expensive, they do satisfactory work for standard jobs, but this wouldn't be my first choice. Most of the clientele are old men and women with stock cars.
I don't recommend Lexology anymore, unless out of desperation. I wish there were more shops like MusicBox & JC Autohouse in West LA...

Theres a place called TOYO Tech on Manhattan Beach Blvd in Lawndale just past Inglewood Ave thats does Toyota and Lexus. They are way more resonable than Lexology. I agree that Lexology customers are older people with stock cars who want something more convienent than the dealer. I don't know if they think they're saving money or what but they aren't. The Best Lexus place I have found is Accurate Automotive in Montclair. Its a far drive from me in Manhattan Beach, but the work is awsome and prices are resonable.

I live a block away from this place and always hear from my close friends with all their Lexus's that they do great work.
