Default Friendly service center to turn off drl for free?

Hi,
I know this is a double post, but I figured I'd get more help here than in the 2IS forum. Does anyone know where in socal I can get my DRLs turned off for free? Or at least less than 46 bucks??

Thanks!

PS I want to retain high beams, so pulling the bulb or changing to LED doesnt help..

I've heard that many dealerships won't even turn them off for you for some reason. I'm assuming it's because of safety reasons, which is dumb IMO.

If you wait about a week or two, I can help you do it. PM me if interested.

In the law book does require to have your headlights on at all times even in the morning. That's the reason why all newer models have DRL.
