my family mechanic at North El Monte Automotive on Peck Rd charges $75 (cash) for alignment. ask for hank, cuz the other ones dont know squat about wheels; they do engine and oil-related services.

The days of finding an alignment for under $60 is gone
I know one place that does it cheap, but I've only gone there for front wheel alignment so I dont' know the pricing on 4 wheels.

I got mines done at FireStone on the corner of Baldwin Ave and Camino Real in Arcadia. They did a great job since my car is lowered. Their rates are like $59 for the full alignment and I don't know if they still have the promotion of $110 for lifetime alignment because that was what I got.
