Hi

I just bought a used Black Lexus IS250 a couple of month back. I want to get this car detail looking like Brand New after it stop raining here in SoCal.

What's the best place to get my car detail? Getting rid of a lot of light scratches and swirl, wax, polish and make it extra shiny. The inside is also kinda dirty with crumbs between the seats. Basically I want the car looking like new again.

Any recommendation around the san gabriel valley, specifically around the westside (Alhambra, Monterey Park, San Gabriel, Rosemead etc? Also is it possible to get a good detailer to do it for around 100 or am I expecting to pay a lot more

id expect to pay around 200 if you need polishing. btw the shops are generally bad. its better to find an enthusiast who does it on the side or a well known pro from www.autopia.org

I think the OP is closer to Edwin.
Well also keep in mind ~100 is about the price of a "Detail" at a carwash. Expect to pay more for a quality job, with good products.

I would detail for you but school has taken over my life so I don't have anytime to detail anymore. I detailed during summer time to make some cash on the side but if you looking for a good detailer around the sgv area, definitely look into bluemoon. Do not and I repeat DO NOT go to Garvey Auto Salon. Those guys suck! my friend took his car there and it came back even worse with buffer trails everywhere and even more swirls. This was a while back, I don't know how they are now though.
