^ definitely! dont wanna be at that scene. hitting a peacock is practically destroying a rare species in the city. but they do tend to wander all over the place. i live maybe a few mins from the arboretum, and those things are in masses on some streets. they dont cause harm, but they can startle some people.

i was gonna suggest spraying the ***** out of it w/ a hose as well. that's wat i do when i get racoons and possums hanging around my crib.
peacocks are hella annoying. my cousin has to deal w/ them all the time around his crib in La Canada/Flintridge.
they are a public nuisance. you should file a grievance w/ the city of Arcadia and demand damages.
if they are so endangered, y are cities allowing them to roam freely in the public and private domain. public officials are putting their lives in jeopardy by speeding cars and more so by disgruntled homeowners.
you might not have the right to harm it in the public unless its causing you imminent or actual bodily harm. but when it comes to your private property, you have to right to protect your private property in all reasonable manners short of executing it. if its protected by the public trust, the state is responsible for the damages it creates under an agency theory (vicarious liability).

thanks guys
and thank zuhhed, but do they do Paintless dent repair? if so, ima give them a call to get a quote.
I don't think the city of arcadia will give a peacock's **** about the damages the peacock did to my car.
