Default recommended oil change in OC

eventually i'd like to do an oil change myself, but right now i have neither the tools nor space to do it on my own. can anyone recommend a good place to go besides the stealership or crappy jiffy/ez lube?

i was planning on buying mobil 1 syn at walmart and picking up a fumoto valve and have the mechanic do the labor. please help!

You could always bring the parts into the dealership. They'll just charge you labor. Where in OC are you located?

silentbob, where are you located in OC ? there are tons of place to change oil.

2 place in Westminster/Midway City :

Toe @ Vinam Auto Repair 15050 Jackson St Midway City, CA. (714) 899-9700

or

Son @ Dynamic Auto Service 8241 Bolsa Ave, Midway City, CA. (714) 899-2939

both are GOOD, I mean REALLY GOOD!

I recommend Toe @ Vinam Auto Repair. I change my own oil, but for other non basic items I usually go with Toe.

We drive to Mussche's Automative in Anaheim from South Orange County for our cars. We've gone there since 2001 and trust their services. 2816 E Miraloma Ave

I concur, you save a ton of money if you change out your own oil. I just did it like 1 week ago and it took me no more than 15 minutes.

well if u dont really care and want to get it done cheap, go to super autotoyz (former super autobacs) in stanton. They charge 14.99 for an oil change. will end up being $16 bucks after tax. Or bring in ur own stuff and pay the $10 for labor n call it a day.
