idk if they might have the same thing up there but down in sd they have an attorney called "Mr. Ticket" who went to court for my 3 traffic tickets in 5 months. he took one down from $2000 to $600 and another he extended it till the cop didn't show up so it was dismissed. this attorney has been in import tuner and a couple of other car mag. so he's pretty good. but maybe look in to see how much it would cost to fight it or extend it till maybe the cop doesn't show up.

i think, the reason why you are not qualified is because you're going way too fast than the speed limit..I got caught 80 on the 35 and thought i was racing, the motorcylce officer could've taken me in for reckless and dangerous manuever, but i rather pay $450 and no traffic school and one point on my record than JAIL TIME..

that is really unfortunate man. but surely, try to delay the process as long as possible. by that i mean, eventually the cop probably wont even show up. contest that ticket so that you dont get another point on your record along with that absurdly high fee amount. best of luck man!

Go before a judge on your court date (Or do the letter thing) and tell he/she of possible financial hardships...In return for lowering your fine, You may have to perform community service...You can even get up to the point where you'll pay no fine at all, but you'll be doing ALOT of community service...The trade off could be worth it....I learned this from a former law enforcement officer at traffic school. I was pretty hot and bothered after wards when I found out that I could've significantly lowered my fine instead of paying that $370+ moving violation ticket...
