Try Simple Wheel Werks in Stanton. There's a thread going on about them and they do lots of wheel repairs, rebarreling, change lip sizes and such. Paolo is the guy you are looking for. He's a kool guy and gives reasonable price. His number is 714-725-4445. Tell him John sent you.
