Lexus Track Day 10-11-09: The Definition

On October 11, 2009 I for the first time in a long time felt free. And I don't mean free of time, I felt like I pushed myself to different limits. I got to experience what it's like to go out there with no limits. I had my first track day at Willow Springs Raceway, and I must say it was quite a thrill. As an enthusiast I hadn't been to an event that truly lived up to my expectations as much as being out at the track with my fellow Lexus drivers. It was something else, the friendship, comradery, and environment felt right. Taking my Lexus IS250 out on the track and seeing everyone else enjoying the same thing I'm there to enjoy felt like I was in the right place. It was one hell of an amazing adventure. I want to thank everyone, t0e for setting this event up, HellFish for coming out renting a garage and helping us all out with our cars and most of all sponsoring me, thank you! emoshun thanks for coming down and hooking us all up with cool drinks that was very cool! Everyone that came out gave it their all and enjoyed every bit of it. You guys are down *** dudes! I hope to run with you all again sometime soon.

It isn't many as I was out on the track for certain portions of the day,
also I ran out of memory (forgot to export older pix) so enjoy what ever I could capture.

awesome. lookin forward to the footage. im glad you had fun man. i do what i do cause i love the sport and i always want people to experience what i have been for so many years. and im glad that you ran several sessions and really let it out there.

....Dude mad props for running a track day even with the IS250...The main thing is that you don't need a IS350 or F or BBK's you just need do it cuz you like to dive...You drove it & you had a blast main thing...

Worst driver I've ever seen in my entire life. Leaving the racetrack, he tried to show off by running through first, and couldn't get it into second, ground for at least 20 seconds or so. I guess money doesn't buy skill...

This thing looked sweet
A lot of people got pissed at zoom zoom for holding everyone up
Trying to catch back up to the IS's after they demolished me in the straights. I think its about time to go from the underdog, power wise, to up there with the big dogs... easy with the 2j and a Tig welder!
He went off in every way possible.
Best driver we saw there in the Mercedes
Here is where I went off when my battery tie down (stock) failed. Fail.
