Who has purchased cars from either Newport Lexus or Thousand Oaks Lexus?
and positive or negative feedback?

Do you think Newport may not give a good deal since they built a expensive showroom?

Newport is a very nice buying experience. In todays market if the product is overpriced the customer will go somewhere.

Really? My girlfriend's dad went over to Newport Lexus to buy an 09 RX350 and no one wanted to help him out.

Instead the people at Lexus of Westminster were glad to show him whatever he wanted.

my family has bought like 5 lexus' off john coon over there at newport lexus. great guy.

i walked in there looking like a bum high school kid and i always had people approaching me. my sales guy offered me test drives without me needing to ask.

I had the same experience at Newport Lexus. I rode my R6 over after work to check out a car, no one approached me or even asked if I needed help. I went to Lexus Westminster instead. If you are going to be in Orange County, call or swing by Lexus Westminster and ask for Ralph. I've referred a few people over to him now and they are all very happy with the deal they got from him. Tell him Ji (pronounced G) referred you.

Hi, I didn't buy my car at TO Lexus but i have gone there often for repairs etc and they do a good job-no complaints. Nice waiting room too.
