actually all you have to do is call 911 and tell them the license plate and brief description of where you are. and thats it.

there was a guy on 101 that was doing something similar, but doing it at 110 the entire way and not capable of staying in one lane. called 911. 10 min later i saw that justice was served

I had a similar experience on the 91 West before shoemaker. Landrover was all over my behind in the #2 lane. He went to pass me on the left and went into the carpool lane, then over corrected and almost hit me as he went to pass me. I slowed up significantly. Then as I approached Knott, I saw the white Landrover totaled up against the wall. Debris was thrown all over the road. A big rig and a van were on the shoulder. It was a close experience.

Next time, you should just slow way the heck down. You never know if that guy might hit you.
