Where to get windshield rock chip/crack fixed?
I was getting my windshield tinted and Han from Song's noticed that I had a chip that was barely starting to spread on the windshield and told me it was fixable.
Any recommendations for this kind of fix in the South Bay area?

You can use reputable mobile windshield replacement/repair companies like All Star Glass and Safelite Auto Glass. They are mobile so they will come to you.

all they do is a simple process which is injecting epoxy into the crack to try and stop it from spreading but there will always be a speck there and if its on your eyeline then your better off just replacing the glass.....

I just had mine fixed.
Keep this mind, YOU WILL STILL SEE A HAIRLINE CRACK and the small drill spot at the beginning and end of the crack.
Whatever any company tell you, it will still be noticeable and not invisible.
Oem windshield is about $1500 and aftermarket is roughly $500 (quoted for my LS) being that it is rain-sensor equipped. What I don't get is the rain-sensor is a black box equipped so didn't do my homework if there will be problem with aftermarket compatible or whether the UL is also extra thick or not.
I figure that I still drive on the damn 405 that it's bound to get more chips so I didn't bother to replace it.
An aftermarket replacement for sienna was $140 (mobile, installed) and have no problem for over 2 years
