a few questions asked and answered....
Our major run group will be classified as the "Novice" run group, so all rules should apply there.
I have talked with Aron, and he said, it will be your choice as to what group you want to run with, we have left the option open, for more advanced drivers to sign up with other run groups, but they should be counted as being with our "Toyota" only group.
Question: If it gets to crowded what would we do?
Answer:
I would move people into overflow groups if we hit that number. We can worry about it when the time comes. I'm sure we'll have plenty of volunteers to move into advanced or some other group. If we get 50 cars, we'll have two Lexus/Toyota groups.
Question: What about Run groups?
Answer: Per your request, your group description will be for Beginners and Low Intermediate drivers. Anyone else can sign up for a different group or just be patient with the slower drivers.
Question: Can we rent helmets?
Answer: They will have to rent helmets when they sign up online, otherwise no guarantees we'll have enough.
Question: What is the deadline for signup?
Answer: Deadline for signing up and getting free transponder and reserving all-Lexus/Toyota run group will be September 10.
Question: Is a roll cage required?
Answer: Roll cage not required. The only safety equipment required is for convertibles without factory rollover protection.

I think passengers are still allowed to ride along at big willow though if I remember correctly. I've never been on big willow, so I can't give a definite answer.
