seeing as how i havent been to puente hills mall in a long time, i dont remember there being a public road that goes through it? if you are talking about that road that rings the mall its still public but the parking lot itself would be private. i still say if its not pd or sheriff i say bs.

neither have i...i don't even remember when was the last time i step foot in that mall or anywhere around it. the only thing the op can do is contact the ticketing agency and fight it. i got my ticket in the nordstrom parking lot and i was like wtf i drove right over to montclair p.d. and asked if they had the right to go into a parking lot and give tickets. guess what he said?

anyways i walked outside pulled the plate from the trunk tied with zip ties. i then walked in and asked for it to be signed off waited for a cop to show up sign and stamped it. i drove around the corner cut the zip ties off placed the plate back in the truck and drove off

just remember times are hard for local city's right know and they are going to do what ever it takes to make a buck...

This sucks. I won't go to that mall or Outback. I don't think I can even get a front plate on my car at this stage.

bleh..i know how u feel...I got a fix it ticket for my front plates pullin into life plaza off fullerton road yesterday. The cop was sitting at the shell station..turned out and pulled me over. Well he asked if the car was mine..i guess he was surprised I drove it? Told me my front tint was too dark but gave me a warning for that and only ticketed me for my front plates...

Now, I gonna have my friend sign off on that ticket =)

Yeah I've gotten that ticket before too, I was astonished the first time that they had autho to GIVE tickets of that caliber when you're not even there!! I go to that 24hr Fitness there all the time and I just drive the family beater car, the good ol' Accord. I live like 2 miles from the Puente Hills Mall and it is such a dump.

Probably me, I'm up and down that street all the time..

lolz, i just got a citation for no front plate 2 weeks ago, parked at diamond plaza off the 60. cop was looking at my car and waited till he left and then went to get a drink at ten ren and come back 5 minutes later with a ticket. got it signed of the next day, mail $10 bucks, and took it right off. lolz $10 ticket all day long if they want. like they have nothing else to do.....

i was thiinking about going over towards hacienda hiehgts to visit a friend, but i dunno. i like not being bothered by the cops where i live. probably why i never spot too many modified lexii around here.
