Thanks...nice write-up.

I love the roads in central Cal around San Simeon. Not so much for the twisties which there are but all the scenery to enjoy. Did you guys see the elephant seals a few miles north of Hearst Castle?

unfortunately we did not see those elephant seals because a group of flying sharks went by the area earlier and scared them away

These impressive pics were taken while driving too. We all drove our own cars. I wondered why they were driving so slow and then I saw them pick up their DSLRs and snap some shots. I was like .
