Default Your favorite Pho in los angeles county and orange county

in terms of originality and quality, my favorite are:

- Pho Pasteur on valley blvd (rosemead)

-pho 88 (or was it 84 or 89) in westminster on brookhurst I think - I forget exactly where but it was recommended to me by a friend. It's a tiny little place but pho is very original.

any other recommendations ?

There is a place up in Brea or La Habra on Imperial in the Home Depot complex we like. It is a bit on the high $ side as far as Pho goes, like $7.95 for a large bowl. In Cerritos, Pho Saigon is nice and prices typical of most.

Consider checking these if you find a place:

I was in the OC last week. I like Pho Thang Long; clean, nice atmosphere, food was above average... Also, helped that they had the NBA playoffs on their TV.

Pho 54 was decent too, for some reason their tendon was weird tasting, a little bit sweet for my likings...

Pho 79 was good too, but seems not as clean as the others...

Sorry about going of topic..

What about Bun Bo Hue, any good joints. I had Bun Bo Hue So 1 and was not impressed at all, also tried Quan Hy and it was so so...

My favorite place to eat while I was down there was Nhu Y (the ca 8 mon) restaurant...

Pho Kimmy I haven't been there in a while, but the one I used to go to was bolsa and bushard. Do they have a 2nd location now?

For Bun bo Hue you gotta try Pho Pasteur on Valley blvd/marshall.
