yep, intake needs to either be CARB APproved with an E.O. number engraved on it (or have a CARB sticker) or needs to be undetectable (flat black paint and no cone filter )

I havent gotten the ticket in the mail yet i got it wendsday night, but i do have a reff appointment and the car is goin back to stock.

side note- after i asked the cop what would make it legal (for ****s and giggles) he said even if it was carb approved he could still give a ticket becouse california law dose not alow you to moddify a veh. even if its CARB aproved modification.

the problem is if i got a exhoust ticket id need to go to court, i cant afford to take a day off work but i guess now i have to anyway.
