Default Anyone with experience with Tustin Lexus?

Does anyone have service experience at Tustin Lexus? Any other dealers in OC that's reputable. I've been to Newport Lexus and the charge for service is simply unjustifiable. Will never go there again.

I've bought 2 cars from Newport Lexus but never service my cars there. Tustin Lexus is the same owner.

I only go to the dealer for warranty work.

I use Car Aid in Santa Ana 714-547-8759. They've serviced everything over the years, from our ES250, 300, GS to SC, LS, Supras, etc.

I went down to Tustin one time for an oil change service. They're pretty good IMO. The full Lexus treatment and curteous. But, it's quite a ways from me so I end up going to Longo. They also let you pick loaner cars too but they run out most of the time and give you what they have, which usually are the RX350s. But they're all right. At least I don't have to pay for gas, haha.

They were pretty nice. Since I can't take a loaner yet they offered to take me for lunch when I took in my RX for chrome wheels changes since they were peeling. Very cool people, I used to go to Mission Viejo but the new guys are douche bags. The only perk is that their water bottles are too busy and not elegant like MVs lol, otherwise they're pretty chill there

Definitely a great dealership, I bought mine from them about 3-4 months ago with zero problems. Talk to Darren Wagoner if you'r elooking to buy a new car in terms of service advisors I don't know anything about them 'cause I do all my services n stuff myself at the dealership I work at..

I go there for almost all my services - Dave Clayton, Iman Amizi are my main guys.

Westminster I have heard good things about, their service facility is gorgeous (lounge and actual service area).
