Default Flat Tire Repair w/ Tire Pressure Monitor System

I discovered a nail in my tire. Today is Sunday, so the dealerships are closed. Does anyone know if I can get my tire repaired at an America's Tire Company? Are they familiar with how to work with the Lexus Tire Pressure Monitor System?

that won't really affect anything in repairing the tire. just make them aware of the TPS. a lot of cars have TPS now

I got a tire replaced at an independant tire shop and the guy just drove my car forward a few feet, then turned the steering wheel and it reset itself.
I was surprised it did that.

Usually, the Low Tire Pressure icon will disappear once you drive off and the sensors detect the pressure is back to normal. I've had the great pleasure of experiencing that twice...
