I make alot of speeches when I'm drunk, but honestly if you know what you're talking about you should be fine for the most part. The lack of knowledge will cause a lack of confident, which is a big no to having a successive speech.
For everything else, pure BS ftw!

my first day of school was yesterday and it was really weird. a grip of people at my school either dropped out or got kicked out!! here i go back to being a nerd laughing at things only me and my law school friends find funny
