End of Summer All Lexus Meet at Nhu Y Ca 8 Mon Restaurant



The end of summer is creeping up on us and it's time for an all Lexus meet. There will be plenty of parking at this restaurant and I've already talked to the owner about setting up a meet at their place. They will be reserving a banquet room for us and we'll have a private bar as well for those of you that want to have a few drinks.

They serve Vietnamese food and their menu has literally 300+ items but what we will be eating is what they're known for, the 8 courses of fish. It will be $20.00 to anyone who plans on eating, this includes tax, tip and a free non-alcoholic drink. I will be collecting the $20.00 before we start eating to keep things uncomplicated. Trust me, you will get your moneys worth... it's a lot of food.

FVPD aren't very friendly to modified cars esp. in large groups either.

That brings up a good point. Those of you that are allergic to fish or can't eat it, we can probably get 8 courses of beef for you guys.

Technically yes... but you know what I mean...

i just went to the Mother of all Mothers BMW E90 meet at a park in fountain valley. they had a nice bbq setup with plenty of food and drinks even for the 70+ car turnout. i don't know if i'm really down with the pho, but maybe. the parking lot at the park was more private, however the truth is that the FVPD are really not friendly. i wouldnot be surprised if they camped out waiting for everyone to leave and just issued everyone fixits for their cars.

FVPD and HBPD are notoriously hard on modded cars and car club gatherings. If you notice we try to avoid certain cities for exactly this reason. Just be super careful!

I'm coordinating this meet with the help of the owner of the restaurant. Hopefully there will be no problems since we are gathering on the parking lot with the owners permission and we will also be patrons of their restaurant.

Like Ron said, don't be surprised if they sit and wait for everyone to leave AND then they pull you over to see how street legal your car is. Not trying to be negative, just realistic. In any case, have fun at the meet.

I find that most people would rather do their own thing on a weekend. Having a meet on a Thursday right after work seemed to work in the past.
