I intern at a youth shelter in Los Alamitos and they're currently looking for field workers/youth supervisors. What do these people do, you ask? Basically a FW/YS is another fancy term for babysitter. LOL

A FW/YS' job is to watch the kids and make sure they're not doing anything crazy. There's no heavy lifting, cooking or anything of that sort. Just show up, supervise the kids (teenagers) and that's it. The shifts available are 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm. Pay is $10/hr for the 7-3 shift and $11/hr for the 3-11 shift.

Requirements:
-at least 23 yrs old
-no criminal record (misdemeanors/felonies)
-CA driver's license

That was 10 years ago back in 1997. Due to inflation I don't think we're that lucky. I don't remember my big mac combo costing that much back then.
Also we need the few extra bucks to pay for the rising cost of premium gas for our Lexi

Good lookin out though. Seems like a good opportunity for someone in that area and those available hours.
