I talked with Todd 2x yesterday, great guy and my appointment is this weekend. I understand he is the man so I am willing to work with whatever it takes to get this done.
I would just keep trying him before giving up.

This is exactly what I am looking for, so I hope it all works out.
I like someone who pays attention to detail - not just the main focus of the visit like the spring install - but the clip removal to remove the trunk carpet for access, etc.
I can't stand when I go to pick up a car after a job and clips are broken, **** doesn't fit, etc. I am picky and I want someone who works on my car to be the same way.

if he breaks something, he will fix it. one time i was there when he worked on my car and he broke a screw. he carefully took it out and put in a brand new one.
and every time he works on my sway bars, etc... he always takes off the bushings and clean off and regrease.
just the very attention to details. when he opens the door and sit on the side, he never sits on the edge of the seat where it can easily wrinkle the leather. he only sit by the door sill.
those are details that not everyone sees but i notice (and appreciate). most of the time installs take longer than expected, but imho it's well worth it

Just got back from TM!
I had no idea it was just the one guy
Very messy (in the middle of cleaning), but I'm very pleased. Did a great job and I love the way it turned out!!
