I had body work performed at the Cerritos shop that shares the Toyotas. Excellent but that was a past life. The body shop at Norwalk Toyota IMO was an even better but the manager has moved on so I dunno how the crew is these days.
The body shop at Longo is okay, they touched up a gouge and for the most part it's undetectable. I know where it is but on close inspection, the orange peel is different. When it comes to service, seems that horror stories occur with just about every shop in some way.
No feedback yet on Newport Lexus.

Thanks! Good thing I joined this forum before I bought my car!!
I already got some good numbers... I don't think I can do worse then invoice at this point....
I hope my credit can back it up though.... I should have at least 740.

Longo is terrible for service. Can't even get my scheduling correct, nor even offer a courtesy loaner if the service took longer than 2+ hours. Strike 2 for them on my books.
Cerritos, Just the fact that their sales stuff is the typical pushy, older, doesn't know much about the cars brings me shivers to take my car for the service. If their sales stuff is any indication of how the service is, I'll pass. (Note: The Online fleet manager was nice enough... answered all my questions, but when I went in person, a sales person there was awful. I visited it again, and they were awful too.)
So I took it to Glendale. Much better. Service was quick, no hassle, so I'm sure I'll be going back there the 2nd time.
