I use Olympic Powdercoating in Santa Ana. They have good prices and do excellent work. I had my calipers coated there. I've never been disappointed with their work.
They have years of experience especially with car and motorcycle parts (street or race). You'll always see some parts waiting to be coated there.

seriously....
you'll probably get 6 different shop references but which one is closest to you is the key........ IMO powdercoating is powdercoating... any shop doing good work in that business will be doing the same job and same quality of work in general... one thing i have seen is different shops may offer different colors shades or textures.... but in general... they all offer the same service for similar prices and the same result...
do a google search of powdercoating companies close to your area code/zip code....... you are going to find stuff more local to you Vs driving 50 miles in LA traffic to goto a shop someone here recommends....
