JC Autohouse recently performed eibach springs installation and 4 wheel alignment on my IS250. He did a wonderful job on alignment. Although I was satisfied with springs intallation, there is minor clunking noise coming from the rear suspension but you can only hear the noise when driving over rough road/pot holes at over 40 mph while front windows are down. I took the car back last week. Cyrus spent about 3 hours working on the car and tried every possible solution to fix the noise but no luck.. I heard that this is a common problem with Eibach springs??
Oh well overall I'm still satisfied with his work and will recommend the shop due to the fact that he was very helpful and tried his damn best to fix the problem.

put spring silencers on the top 2/3 coils of the rear springs, the LS and GS LSportline suspensions had similar issues (the springs were basically rebadged Pro Kits iirc)

Their rack is especially designed for lowered cars Once you go you will see. While other shops lay wood pieces for lowered cars to roll onto the rack, this place takes wood pieces to the next level

yes. This place can't be seen if you are just a normal person driving around.

i took my car to cyrus to install my tanabe exhaust. he did a good and quick job in installing it but 2 things i did not like about the whole experience. 1, he popped my hood to look around (why would you need to look under the hood for an exhaust install?) i think nothing of it. anyways, the next time i goto look under my hood a few weeks later i noticed 3 of my engine panel clips missing. not saying that he stole em... maybe it was a huge coincidence that 3 of em spontaneously busted and fell out somewhere. 2, i asked him if i could leave my stock exhaust leaning up against a wall so i can pick it up later in my dad's pickup truck. he said no. i was thinking, omg u have so much space i can't just leave this exhaust to pick it up the next day??? after a few tries, we somehow fit the exhaust into the backseat of my car but not after severely scratching up the paint in the door jam and marking up the ceiling with black marks.

You can say that again! His custom made ramp is crazy. I'm definately going back there after I saw how good he was at installing my Tanabe.
