Default Driving from NorCal to Disneyland tonite....any damages from earthquakes?

Hey SoCal members,

My wife and I are taking our daughters to Disneyland for the weekend to celebrate my older one's B-day. We will be leaving early tomorrow morning (Friday ~4am). Since all the earthquakes has been happening, my wife has been a little worried about this trip. I've read some news reports and there doesn't seem to be any damage from the earthquakes.

So for the members that are close to the Disneyland area, any info that you could pass along to me would be greatly appreciated, in regards to possible damages, road closures...etc. I just want to make this trip as smooth as possible and not have to take any unexpected detours.

Any up-to-date info would be great as I will be checking in until we depart. I'm pretty sure everything is OK but hearing it from you guys (who lives in the area) will help ease my mind and my wife's mind some.

Thanks!!

Everything is fine Kevin, I actually am in Anaheim 1-2 times a week depending when the angels are back in town. Only problem will be traffic.

I will double check for you as I am going to Dave and Busters at the block tonight.

Have a safe trip and stay safe.

Thanks for the update, Bryan.
Can you believe it, it's actually raining over here right now. I think someone is trying to tell me something...first, the earthquakes.......now, the rain.....

I guess I'll have to drive EXTRA carefull.

Have a nice weekend.

Thanks guys for your replies. We're just about finished loading up the minivan.

I'll see how many modded Lexus' I can spot on my drive down.

www.sigalert.com

all the traffic info you need.

I work at Crowne Plaza right next to disneyland. Could have your car valeted for free, or discount rooms.

*edit* just noticed the date on this post.. oh well

Thanks for the info, dough boi.
Maybe I'll take you up on your offers (free valet and discounted rooms) next time we come down there. We usually go to Disneyland at least once or twice a year.

Yea, just let me know next time you come down. I can get you discounted rooms at the marriot suites. I work at the crowne, which is in the same parking lot as Marriot.
