I just got a GX and am new to this board. Sounds great. Hollywood area is best for me. Griffith Park has some big usually pretty empty parking lots as well as deadend roads where we could meet (though roads officially close at sundown), if eating/drinking facilities aren't necessary. Or Costco (Los Feliz or Burbank?) is good, too. I'm open....

How about at the autobacs parking lot in Westminster/GG. OR Starbucks parking lot off Colima and Fullerton rd. or Puente hill mall (Crazy azz Brazilian bbq buffet there... so yummie)

This weekend sounds perfect! Next weekend I will be up in the mountains snowboarding with friends for my bday.

Sorry, I rarely check the SoCal board, but I'm glad I did. Someone mentioned meeting between LA and OC, and to be honest Long Beach is the place. There is a Yard House here that has great food/drinks. I'm in.
