Default New to site...2000 SC300

Hello,

Coming over from the Subaru (Subylife/I-Club)

I've owned and modded STI's and Evo's...getting old and tired of modding...

Picked up a Platinum Silver SC3 with black leather interior...I'm not planning at this time to mod it much other than wheels/tires.

Anyone have a staggered set that won't set me back too much and although I would cut the rears, would rather just leave the fenders as is...

Thank you,

My name is Brent (AKA: Island Style)...

Welcome! I too need wheels, but it'll probably be a while before I can afford 'em.

Thanks for the welcome guys...

I lucked out and found some wheels...

I picked up a set of Advan AVS Series 5 Staggered wheels in black...JDM

18x8.5 Fronts (245/35/18)
18x9.5 Rears (265/35/18)

Here are a few pics I took with my phone the other day...

Now that I found some wheels, I need to decide whether to thrown on a set of coilovers to reduce the gap, buy some taller tires...or just leave them be...which I may do...as the ride is nice and I don't scrape anything...

It is the one on Craigslist. I guess the owner needs something more practical?

Default Long story...

Yeah, I may still keep it...but its a long story...

Anyhow, if it sells, it sells...if not, I will be keeping it...it's a great car.

I've always liked the SC's clean lines and solid mechanics...but my Subaru STI cravings keep calling me back...
