Hey,
I know the answer to this is prolly take them off, but has anyone passed recon with redouts on your stock tails? Got my recon appointment this coming friday. I'd hate to take them off and spend another $20 to get new ones.

I had red-outs when I did my recon. The inspector didn't notice it but I believe the more important things they look for is suspension/ rims/body/ engine... Good luck, hope you pass.

what happened to just looking at suspension...i thought wheels is not a factor anymore.

Sweet passed recon today. Took off the redouts. Recon inspector said they would fail for that kind of stuff fyi if anyone else goes for recon

When they were inspecting mine I was thinking....damn they are checking more than usual. He checked all my tires, headlight height, rear tail height, bounce tested both front and rear. And my drop looks like it's almost stock.

When I had my 350z he just looked at it and said eh...no worry you pass.
