Anyone here installed flyaudio unit into their non navi IS? Not sure if there is a model out for the a 2010 IS.

Anybody have ideas on pricing of these units as well? I'm sick of looking at my stock unit, and I should have gone with the OEM package for the navi screen.

in the mean time, before you actually get it installed. Here is the thread on it so you can see what other users are saying about it. I would like to upgrade my nav to that unit, for the sole purpose of iPod intergration.

Although I'm sure you are much more familiar with the details than I am--Samson mentioned to me that the iPod integration is kind of limited. Something like it will only work like an old-school CD player so you can only skip or go back on your playlist but that's about it. No jumping around. I'm sure I got that wrong so you might want to talk to Samson about it.

I think I mis-typed what i was trying to say. I want to play movies/videos without any external devices. I do know that navigating the iPod is limited which sucks, but watching Fast5 in my car doing 45 wouldnt be bad. lol

^I was hoping for better sonics myself but FlyAudio apparently doesn't touch the sound quality which is a blessing and a curse for me.
