Sup Pete, no they are not. The jammers are way better than the Valentine. If you want to get one get the blinder my friend Earl sells them they are like 5 bills if you want let me know and I'll give you his number. Tell him I referred you when you call him.
Cya,

Thanks for the offer bro...but Im getting the V1...reason is I drive 3 different vehicles throughout the week...and need it to be mobile. The laser jammer is a 1 vehicle device.

is the valentine 1 a detector? i thought those arent effective with laser since if it detects the beam once it's shot at you, it's already too late. and is that illegal?
too bad you need it in mulitple cars, the jammers are definitely better. my friend has the blinder 420 in his car and ive been in it when he's been gunned.

Pete, don't bother with any Laser detector. They work marginally at best. The reason is LASER is like the old Instant On radar. There is nothing to detect until the officer pulls the trigger. Because of that, you are already toast as soon as the detector detects the Laser signal. Also, there is very little light scatter for the detector to pick up unlike radar which is a flood of radar waves in the general direction. The Laser beam is only about 4 ft wide at 1000 ft so picking up light scatter from the car in front of you that was targeted is difficult. If you want to beat Laser you have to get an active Jammer.
